We carry out all types of internal and external painting, spraying and decoration including emulsions, silk, satin, stain, undercoat and gloss work. Stairwells and corridors can be painted to look fresher for visitors etc.
All preparation work is done to the highest standard in a clean and tidy manner.
We can replace fire exit doors and all health and safety signs. At BDS we also have extensive knowledge of fire rated paints as well as directional lines and car parking bays.
We stock specialist paints for spraying warehouse ceilings to save time on cleaning and the damage this causes, all works carried out within the health and safety guide lines using cherry pickers and scissor lifts operated by our fully licensed and insured staff.
BDS Commercial Property Services, have a strict “Go Clean” policy adhered to by all staff and suppliers ensuring that as we complete our decorating assignments we always clean behind ourselves to leave a clean working environment. Warehouse floors can be painted at night or over weekends to create minimum amount of disruption, with either 2 part epoxy paint, spirit or water based floor paints.
We also specialise in solar reflective roof paints.
